Prophecies armor in Factions - Guild Wars Forums

Hey, Ive played Prophecies for a while and im considering getting Factions and I was wondering if characters created in Factions are able to purchase armor from Prophecies? For example, I make a warrior in Factions, is it possible for this warrior to go to prophecies and purchase 15k platemail etc.? Thx in advance.
